Southwest Georgia Farm Credit
Photo Contest Rules

1. All photos must be color digital images and must be submitted via the Association web site, www.SWGAFarmCredit.com Photos should be a minimum of 1 MB. Black and white, sepia tone and duotone images are not eligible. Images should be submitted in JPG or TIFF format. Images may not contain borders or frames, watermarks, signatures or copyright notices. Adding or replacing elements in an image is not permitted. Artistic filters are not permitted.
   
   
2. All photos become the property of Southwest Georgia Farm Credit and may be used for future marketing purposes.
   
   
3. Photos must have been taken within the 21 counties that make-up the Association’s territory, within the last year.
   
   
4. Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. No professional photographers, please.
   
   
5. A model release form must be attached to each entry for photos containing recognizable people.
   
   
6. An individual may submit only one photo per category.
   
   
7. Entries will be judged on creativity, photographic quality and effectiveness in conveying the unique aspects of rural living.
   
   
8. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered.
   
   
9. Judges will select a first, second and third place winner in each category. An overall “best of show” winner will be selected. Winners will be notified via U.S. Mail approximately 30 days after the contest deadline.
   
   
10. Southwest Georgia Farm Credit is not responsible for lost, misdirected or late entries, or for any failures pertaining to the transmitting or processing of entries.
    
    
11. Southwest Georgia Farm Credit reserves the right to cancel or suspend this contest without notice due to any factors beyond the Association’s control. By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Southwest Georgia Farm Credit, its directors, employees, and all others, from any and all damages, etc., arising in whole or in part from this contest. Directors and employees of Southwest Georgia Farm Credit, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
